Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, personal files, and exit procedures. They will also provide support to employees regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and separations.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • File Administration: Oversee personal file management, ensuring all employee records are updated and organized.
  • Exit Coordination: Coordinate exit procedures, including clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
  • Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and separations.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously review and enhance operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in HR Operations, particularly in payroll, file management, and exit procedures.
  • Strong understanding of HR software, payroll systems, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and service-oriented mindset.
