Job Title

The Deputy Chief Manager - Enquiry & Discipline role involves managing disciplinary complaints, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions.

  • Receive and investigate disciplinary complaints against employees.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding employee conduct and disciplinary investigations.
  • Analyze investigation reports and recommend disciplinary actions to management.
  • Review drafts for charge sheets, show cause notices, and final orders related to disciplinary proceedings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for employee disciplinary cases, investigations, and follow-up actions.
  • Represent the organization in court for legal cases against employees.
  • Prepare case files and store documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve employee conduct issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to address employee misconduct.
  • Develop and implement policies to prevent employee misconduct.
  • Investigate and report on employee misconduct incidents.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Or, a postgraduate degree in Public Administration with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Prioritizing experience in Human Resources is preferred.
