Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Conducting investigations to identify internal fraud risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
  • Analysing major transactions, reviewing personal files, contracts, and confidential documents as part of investigations.
  • Managing and reporting on confidential investigations, including follow-ups for fraud or misappropriation as directed by the Head of Investigations.
  • Drafting and reviewing investigation reports, ensuring they are supported by sufficient evidence.
  • Coordinating with Legal and HR departments for case updates and follow-ups.

Required skills and qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Criminology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant department.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will be comfortable interacting with people at all levels and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
