Investigation Lead Job Description

The Investigation Lead is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into complaints registered against members and students. This role involves gathering facts, information, and presenting cases of professional misconduct to the Investigation Committee.

This includes analyzing complaints, preparing agenda and working papers for meetings of the Investigation Committee, and providing support in implementing decisions taken by the Investigation Committee regarding cases of professional misconduct.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyzing complaints and preparing agenda and working papers for meetings of the Investigation Committee.
  • Gathering facts, information, and presenting cases of professional misconduct to the Investigation Committee.
  • Providing support in implementing decisions taken by the Investigation Committee.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with at least 02 years of post-qualification experience.

Essential Skills

Good analytical, communication, management, and report writing skills are necessary for this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
