Job Description

Creative Leadership: As the Designer, you will be responsible for initiating the creative vision and execution of visual concepts for social media campaigns, branding projects, and promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and commercial teams to ensure our brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all digital platforms.

Brand Consistency: Your role will involve ensuring all creative output aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances brand identity across all channels.

Social Media Strategy: You will work with the social media team to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and considerations on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Campaign Development: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. 2+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content creation, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  6. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on brand visibility and engagement.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
