We are facing several business development challenges that require innovative solutions. We need a skilled Business Development Manager to help us overcome these challenges and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Pakistan.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, teamwork, enthusiasm, discipline, mutual respect, and integrity at all times.
- Design and implement business plans to increase revenue and maximize profit margins in line with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates on achievements and pipeline progress.
- Identify new business opportunities through creative planning and effective execution.
- Perform various operational tasks as required by management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Explore and develop new markets and territories.
- Lead the preparation of bids and tenders for key accounts.
- Attract new business and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A proven track record of developing successful business plans.
- Experience working with NGOs on behalf of contracting companies.
- Personal or professional references regarding procurement-related tasks in governmental or non-governmental organizations.
- Preference given to candidates with previous experience working with NGOs for procurement-related roles.
- Inspirational ideas to drive growth and development within an organization.
