Psychometric Testing Expert

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Psychometric Testing Expert to play a key role in developing and managing a database of beneficiaries/clients.

  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to conduct, implement, coordinate, and facilitate research surveys, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • They will also be responsible for preparing reports/publications and input for website development and image building of our testing service.
  • Additionally, they will prepare testing service proposals for prospective clients, liaise and coordinate with stakeholders of concern and networking.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the testing process flow chart to ensure quality, timely execution, and judicious resource utilization.
  • They will update and maintain program/organization websites, blogs, and e-learning services.
  • The Psychometric Testing Expert will develop a battery of tests with multiple versions, maintain applications and relevant information of test applicants, and provide them with necessary information.
  • They will also coordinate with IT staff to conduct online testing, develop brochures, leaflets, resource mobilization, and image-building material.
  • Responsibilities include scheduling and reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, working on developing data collection tools, collecting data, and preparing draft reports as required.
  • Performing additional duties as required by the Director Programs is also expected.

Key qualifications include an MS/Phil of Behavioral Sciences (Psychology) degree and 2-3 years of experience in aptitude testing tool development.
