
Sales Catchment Manager

Job Overview:
- We are seeking a talented and results-driven Catchment Sales Manager to lead our retail outlet team in driving broadband business within a dedicated catchment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, handle customer queries and escalations.
- Drive postpaid business for the catchment through various sales models.
- Manage online leads via an integrated lead management system.
- Ensure network expansion and timely installations by coordinating with market planning, marketing, and Home Delivery teams.
- Track performance and govern a large off-roll team of 7-12 members.
- Understand market demographics and increase market visibility through targeted activities.
- Drive broadband business and maintain relationships with residential and market associations to facilitate rollout and generate business.
- Increase upselling and cross-selling to new and existing customers in the catchment.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Build a culture of service to foster growth in stores.
- Ensure robust planning to achieve strong starts.
- Drive discipline in store operations and cash compliance.
- Simplify communication for field executives.
- Keep the team motivated through regular connects, rituals, and R&R.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating resourcefulness.
- Manage partners in local communities.
