Digital Transformation Project Coordinator

We seek an experienced professional to manage the implementation of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, execution, and quality assurance within a software development environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans and timelines according to guidance from stakeholders.
- Monitor software development using modern agile methodology.
- Collaborate with developers by removing obstacles and offering timely feedback on submitted features.
- Advocate for best engineering practices, design principles, and coding standards.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in software development project management with a proven track record.
Experience with JIRA or other similar agile development tools is essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
This is a remote position, with direct reporting to Dr. Armstrong. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, maintain deadlines, and work independently in a remote-first context.
Requirements:- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in software, computer technology, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software development project management with a proven track record.
- Practical experience with manual and automated testing.
- Exposure to full life cycle software development including initial discovery, writing proposals, agile development, automated and manual quality assurance testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of software engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Experience with JIRA or other similar agile development tools.
