Job Description

DWP Group is seeking a results-driven and strategic Corporate Sales Director to drive corporate sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in key regions. This role requires extensive experience in corporate sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage bulk buyers/consumers of Split ACs and other consumer electronics in the corporate sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to target, qualify, and prioritize key corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.
  • Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals tailored to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals within assigned sales quotas to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide rolling sales forecasts to ensure timely supply and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the Karachi Corporate Sales Office to align strategies for handling key accounts in North and Central regions.
  • Follow up on receivables and ensure timely collection of payments within the agreed time frame.
  • Assess client creditworthiness and make informed recommendations when extending credit facilities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate sales, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales forecasting tools.
