About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple teams.
  • Financial management and reporting for direct costs, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and targets.
  • Accruals billing and global financial management for various service types.
  • Management of cadency and mid-month analysis, including ledger review and forecast preparation.
  • Supporting the implementation of workforce strategy to drive resource management operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensuring high-quality workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems.
  • Third-party engagement, SOWs, contract approvals, invoices, and POs management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to organizational standards.
