Operations Manager Job Description

The Operations Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing multiple aspects of operations. This includes project management, sales support, workflow optimization, and problem-solving.

This full-time position involves working directly with the CEO to manage various tasks and ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and optimize internal processes and workflows, improving overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain new sales channels, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Oversee daily operations, providing support to the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate, minimizing potential disruptions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to turn ideas into actionable plans, driving strategic growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AI tools, including ChatGPT, to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Basic understanding of web and app development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Experience with automation tools and advanced Google Sheets, allowing for streamlined data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms, such as Upwork and Fiverr, to access a global talent pool.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, essential for building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, facilitating clear and effective communication.
