Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Our ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in finance, economics, fintech, or project management. They should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in providing trading mentorship and guidance to students and clients, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and maintaining high-quality documentation. They will also support marketing and campaign execution efforts and assist the Skills Aura Lead with planning, operational, and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fresh Graduate or having an experience of 1 to 2 years in any field related to Finance, Economics, Fintech, or Project Management
  • Able to work in a fast paced & cross functional work environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and soft skills for client and team interaction
  • Skilled in creating and delivering polished presentations, training materials, and supporting documents
