We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of our ongoing projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, establishing effective project communication plans, and executing said plans with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning

Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, create project timelines, and allocate resources to ensure seamless project execution.

Project Execution

Manage project timelines, schedule meetings, track and manage project risks, and monitor project progress to guarantee that projects are executed within established timelines.

Team Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate project status to team members, facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, and ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Facilitate daily scrums and sprint meetings. Maintain project backlog and update tickets accordingly.
  • Evaluate and confirm all required features are produced and reviewed, including requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution.
  • Address and communicate conflicts to leadership while demonstrating sound decision-making competencies.
Quality Control
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards, conduct quality control checks, and review and approve deliverables before final submission.
Budget Management
  • Monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and work with team members to implement cost-cutting measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • Present status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to clients.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET & MVC, LINQ, Angular/Angular JS, Web Services, WCF/XML/Web API development, and Dynamic Websites.
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience with OOP, SDLC, pattern, and practices in multi-tenant systems.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and guide them to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
