Help Desk Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Help Desk Professional to provide top-notch customer service to our clients via various communication channels.

  • Investigate and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to colleagues as required.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our software system and stay updated with newly released features.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the support process.
  • Identify root causes of recurring software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for setting customer expectations and handling complaints.
  • Review and contribute new articles to the Knowledge Base.
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and ticket portal.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

Technical Skills:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in the Gold Dealer Management System.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and identify underlying causes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Able to build rapport with customers and communicate effectively.
  • World-class customer service: a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Great storytelling: able to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Empathy: understanding of customer issues and their impact.
  • Collaborative approach: working well with others locally and remotely.
