Senior Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Specialist to support our government clients in Pakistan.

This role is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience in delivery planning, implementation, and monitoring to drive impactful results for our clients.

You will work closely with senior government officials to develop and implement delivery plans that meet their strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing delivery plans that align with client strategic objectives
  • Monitoring the implementation of delivery plans and establishing accountability mechanisms
  • Supporting problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement within projects
  • Facilitating data collection and analytical processes to inform decision-making

You will also have the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government leaders, development partners, and civil society organizations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in complex, dynamic environments.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., public policy, international development, business administration)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in top consulting firms, governments, or international organizations
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts
  • Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results
