This role involves overseeing various HR and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic thinking approach to manage personnel policies, employee relations, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain all HR policies and procedures, aligning them with system requirements.
  • Manage pre-joining, post-joining, employee exit, and retention processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Announce Employee of the Month, prepare certificates, and related documentation.
  • Regularly update call logs, key registers, stamp registers, email verification codes, and contact details.
  • Maintain employee document files on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Oversee building security measures like CCTV monitoring.
  • Maintain and share employee databases on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure replacement hiring for all positions.
  • Organize HR data using relevant software after research.
  • Communicate Teamlogger hours to employees on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Respond promptly to calls, texts, and stay active on HR mobile apps, especially during weekends.
  • Audit accounts-related details and key holder information.
  • Manage petty cash, control costs, and oversee budgeting and physical filing.
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train HR staff.
  • Develop and implement personnel policies, maintain employee handbook.
  • Design and oversee performance evaluation programs.
  • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in annual audit preparations.
  • Update job descriptions and maintain organizational staffing structure.
  • Develop recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; advise managers on candidate selection.
  • Update HR policies and procedures manual.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent management and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Research and implement competitive compensation and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
