Requirements: 3 to 4 years in HR roles, ideally in tech startup environments Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related fields Fluent in English and UrduInitiative, organizational skills, communication, empathy Familiar with HRIS, Google Suite, and ATS tools like Workable Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Build recruitment pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.Ensure seamless onboarding experiences aligned with the company's culture. Draft HR policies aligned with Pakistan's labor laws and company standards. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS platforms.Ensure regulatory compliance and internal audits where applicable.Plan team-building initiatives and cultural onboarding. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in local hiring. Act as the HR point-of-contact for all Islamabad office matters.Work with VP Ops to build HR operations, facilities support, and basic office HR infrastructure from scratch. Support organizational planning to scale the team across multiple functions. Maintain structured communication with HQ HR functions for alignment.
