About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on BPO recruitment to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for call center and BPO roles, while also supporting operational HR functions such as employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary)
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for BPO/call center roles (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, university outreach, social media, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.
HR Operations (Secondary)
- Maintain employee data, HR records, and attendance/leave management.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with company standards.
- Provide support in performance management and employee relations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, preferably in a BPO/call center environment.
- Familiarity with HR operations, payroll support, and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
