We’re Hiring: MEP Estimator US Market Location: Lahore (Onsite Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours) We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimator with strong experience in the US construction market. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, along with the ability to lead a team and provide training to junior estimators. Key Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for MEP scopePerform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using estimating softwarePrepare and review accurate cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projectsCollaborate with project managers, sales, and other teams to clarify scope and pricing detailsEnsure estimates are completed within tight turnaround timesLead, guide, and train junior estimators to build team capabilityStay updated on US MEP construction standards, codes, and pricing trends Requirements Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience: 25 years in MEP estimation for the US market (mandatory)Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff softwareStrong understanding of MEP systems, CSI divisions, and materialsAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawingsExcellent analytical and attention-to-detail skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities Preferred Skills: Experience with RSMeans or Cost databases Familiarity with US codes and standards Ability to manage and train a small estimation team What We Offer Competitive salary packageHealth insurance, provident fund & paid time offLeadership and career growth opportunities in the international marketProfessional, collaborative & skill-focused work environment
