We're Hiring: Senior MEP Estimator – US Market

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)

We're looking for an experienced Senior MEP Estimator to join our growing Estimation team serving the US construction market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, a strong grasp of US construction standards, and the ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for MEP scope
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using estimating software
  • Prepare, review, and finalize accurate cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, sales, and other departments to clarify scope and pricing details
  • Ensure estimates are delivered within tight turnaround times
  • Lead, guide, and train junior estimators to enhance team capability and accuracy
  • Stay up to date on US MEP construction standards, codes, and pricing trends

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in MEP estimation for the US construction market (mandatory)
  • Software Proficiency: PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff software
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CSI divisions, and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using RSMeans or other cost databases
  • Familiarity with US building codes and standards
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a small estimation team
