About the RoleWe're looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who comes from a strong software engineering background, ideally someone who's been a hands-on coder before moving into project management.You'll be managing multiple development projects, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the technology deeply.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end software development projects from planning to deployment.Collaborate with developers, designers, and blockchain engineers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Oversee blockchain integration efforts, ensuring scalability and performance.Review code or architecture when needed and guide the team on best practices.Communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders in a clear, structured way.Maintain agile workflows and ensure sprint goals are met consistently.Requirements4 - 6 years of overall software development or project management experience.Experience leading technical teams on complex software projects.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment.Nice to HaveExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for deployment and scaling.Location: Lahore (DHA Phase 6)Job Type: Full-Time | HybridAbout Us:TEKHQS is a global technology solutions provider headquartered in Lake Forest, California, with an offshore team of 300+ experts based in Pakistan.
