Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of hands-on project management or coordination experience in a mobile app product-based environment. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring mobile app development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Work closely with development teams (Android, iOS, UI/UX, QA, ASO) to track progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions.
  • Identify project risks or roadblocks and escalate them to the Project Manager for corrective action.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist in resource allocation and task assignments based on project priorities.
  • Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Support quality assurance by coordinating testing cycles and collecting feedback for improvements.
  • Ensure proper adherence to company processes, standards, and reporting structures.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within a mobile app product-based company (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle (Android, iOS, UI/UX, QA).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
  • Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Location: Johar town, Lahore

Office timing: 9am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri)
