We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Technical Recruiter
to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top-tier candidates, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent to support our business growth and product development goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, product managers, and other IT specialists.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and key skills needed.
  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams while ensuring an efficient process.
  • Advise managers on recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation.

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment tools.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency, candidate quality, and experience.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, etc.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
