Role Overview

We are seeking a
Corporate Sales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new corporate clients through
email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and provided lead lists.

This role involves
building long-term relationships
, achieving sales targets, and contributing to JAP's mission of simplifying insurance for businesses across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective
    corporate clients
    via
    LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking events
    .
  • Convert leads provided by the company into
    qualified opportunities and closed business
    .
  • Build and maintain
    strong client relationships
    to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct
    presentations and meetings
    to explain JAP's insurance offerings.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
  • Stay updated with
    insurance industry trends
    and competitor offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    — prior experience in
    insurance or B2B sales
    will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in client interaction and presentation.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with
    LinkedIn and email outreach tools
    is an advantage.
