The DevOps Engineer ensures continuous integration and deployment pipelines are in place to support rapid, reliable delivery. This role also owns observability, monitoring, and resilience of the BET solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting (AppDynamics, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).
  • Implement automated security and compliance scans (SAST/DAST).
  • Support development and QA environments, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Prepare deployment documentation, cutover scripts, and rollback procedures.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize builds and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in DevOps roles, supporting enterprise-grade applications.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Helm, Terraform).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, AppDynamics).
  • Familiarity with Client' security tools (SonarQube, Wiz).
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, YAML.
  • Airline or high-availability system deployment background desirable.
