Hiring Junior AI Engineer - Lahore Onsite

Job Description:

Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to identify and implement AI-driven improvements.

Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets for model development.

Research and experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and latency.

Develop APIs or microservices for model deployment using frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, FastAPI, or Flask.

Monitor model performance and ensure continuous learning/improvement cycles.

Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning technologies

Requirements:

At least 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, or AI based application development

Understanding of LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI framework integrations

Familiarity with modern AI orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or equivalent frameworks for building agentic and modular AI systems

Strong foundation in Python, data processing, and machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)

Ability to experiment, prototype, and ship practical AI solutions

Good grasp of REST APIs, vector databases, or backend integrationsExperience with Git, collaborative workflows, and version controlExcellent problem-solving skills and an experimental, research-oriented mindset
