Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative & Phone Operator

Location: Medical Center, Faisal Town, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

· Handle incoming phone calls and respond to queries promptly.

· Manage inquiries from social media platforms.

· Provide time and attention to patients, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy.

· Record and resolve daily queries and complaints in collaboration with staff.

· Coordinate with storekeeper and courier companies to ensure timely delivery of items to customers.

· Ensure smooth liaison with staff and support departments.

· Provide reliable support through phone, email, and chat.

· Prepare and submit daily reports on queries, deliveries, and tasks completed.

· Communicate fluently and professionally with patients and customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

· Female candidate

· Preferably residing in or near Johar Town / Faisal Town, Lahore).

· Minimum Graduate qualification.

· Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written).

· Good typing speed and ability to learn new systems quickly.

· Proficient computer skills.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Details

  • Timings: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)
  • Days Off: Sunday + public holidays
  • Benefits: Yearly increments and bonuses
  • Note: No travel or food allowance provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs80,000.00 per month
