Role Overview

Paklogics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our Faisalabad-based team. The ideal candidate should have excellent understanding of freelancing platforms, strong proposal-writing skills, and the ability to identify and secure potential clients in design, development, and digital service domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and submit professional proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Identify suitable projects, analyze client requirements, and craft tailored bids.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate project estimates.
• Coordinate with the technical and design teams to prepare project plans and proposals.
• Maintain daily bidding activity records and meet defined KPIs.
• Follow up with clients and assist in converting leads into successful projects.
• Stay updated with market trends, competition, and new opportunities on freelancing platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role.
• Strong written English communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Understanding of web development, design, and digital marketing services.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, etc., will be a plus.
• Strong coordination and time management skills.
