Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Upwork Bidder
with at least
1 year of proven experience
in generating leads, writing winning proposals, and handling client communication on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT services and a proven track record of converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Write and submit tailored proposals on Upwork to secure projects.

● Communicate effectively with international clients to understand requirements.

● Manage and update Upwork profiles, ensuring professional presentation.

● Achieve monthly bidding and lead generation targets.

● Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to align client requirements.

● Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business opportunities.

● Stay updated with Upwork trends and best practices to increase success rate.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder.

● Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI & Automation).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in other freelance platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus.

● Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and proposals.

● Previous experience in business development or sales in IT services.
