Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad for the role of Business Developer – Upwork Bidder at Naxape, a leading BPO and IT solutions company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's global footprint by identifying and engaging with international clients through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. The Business Developer will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities, including identifying potential clients, crafting winning proposals, and closing successful deals. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, understanding client needs, and presenting customized solutions that align with company offerings. The selected candidate will also maintain long-term client relationships, ensure timely project follow-up, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a strategic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales, negotiation, and international business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Write tailored and persuasive proposals that align with client requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand project scopes and offer effective solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with project management, design, and development teams for seamless project delivery.
- Track and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Business Developer or Upwork Bidder in a BPO or IT company
. - Strong understanding of freelancing platforms, bidding strategies, and client engagement tactics.
- Exceptional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass revenue goals consistently.
- Knowledge of IT services such as web development, app development, digital marketing, and BPO operations will be highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, proposal tracking systems, and project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in US timings (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM - PKT), five days a week.
