We're Hiring: Assistant Operations Advisor

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you an engineering graduate with a passion for operational excellence and project coordination? We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Advisor to support our operations team in streamlining workflows, optimizing project execution, and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Background:

- Civil Engineering graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Candidates with other engineering degrees (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing operational activities and engineering projects

- Support in data analysis, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives

- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables

- Provide administrative and technical support to the operations and project management team

- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to project progress and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus

- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
