About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Engineer to join our onsite development team. This role is ideal for early-career developers with a strong foundation in software development who are eager to gain hands-on experience across the full web stack.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to build, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions. This position offers a great opportunity to learn modern technologies, contribute to real-world projects, and grow in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional front-end components.
  • Support the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and back-end services.
  • Work with databases for data modeling, optimization, and integration.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate effectively within an onsite team to deliver project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in web or software development (internships and academic projects welcome).
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in:
  • Front-End: JavaScript, TypeScript, , HTML5, CSS3
  • Back-End: with or similar frameworks
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
  • Understanding of APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented onsite environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development.
  • Exposure to DevOps concepts (Docker, AWS, CI/CD).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Interest in cloud computing, version control, and deployment practices.
