About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Qualified Accounts Manager to join our finance team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in UK accounts, VAT, financial budgeting, and IFRS, with strong leadership skills to manage end-to-end accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize UK accounts in compliance with IFRS.
  • Handle VAT calculations, returns, and compliance.
  • Lead preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.

Requirements:

  • Must be an ACCA Member.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proven experience in UK accounts, VAT, financial budgeting, and IFRS reporting.
  • Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
