Position Overview

We're hiring a Marketplace Project Coordinator to manage and support our e-commerce marketplace operations. The role involves coordinating projects, ensuring smooth product listings, and keeping operations on track for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily marketplace operations across platforms.
  • Work with sourcing, listing, and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Assist with product listing creation and optimization.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Maintain reports and documentation for management.
  • Communicate with suppliers or vendors when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon and marketplace standards.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace coordination/management.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA workflows.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Willing to work night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Work Details

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan

Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Days: Monday to Friday

Work Type: In person
