Position Overview

We are hiring an E-commerce Project Coordinator to support and oversee day-to-day e-commerce brand operations. The role focuses on coordinating with teams, ensuring smooth product sourcing and launches, and keeping projects on track for the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating e-commerce brand projects

Work closely with sourcing, listing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows

Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and shipping

Maintain project documentation and prepare regular progress updates

Track and report performance metrics to management

Ensure tasks comply with Amazon policies and operational standards

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce project coordination/management

Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA workflows

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and time management abilities

Working Hours

Timings (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM ) Night Shift

Days: Monday to Friday

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
