Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for eBooks.
  • Write compelling email copy and subject lines that maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Design visually appealing email templates (basic knowledge of design tools or email builders is a plus).
  • Segment email lists for personalized campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate with the publishing and sales teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • 6–12 months of experience in email marketing (preferably in digital publishing or eBook industry).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability, analytics, and automation.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
