We are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Manager (Night Shift) to lead our email outreach campaigns targeting the US and Canadian markets. This role requires someone who can set up the complete cold email marketing system from scratch and drive lead generation for our SaaS and digital services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the entire email marketing infrastructure (domain setup, warmup, inboxes, automation tools).
  • Develop cold email strategies to generate leads for SaaS products and digital services.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in US & Canadian markets.
  • Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences, subject lines, and follow-ups.
  • Implement deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation management).
  • Experience in managing any email marketing platform (Instantly, Woodpecker, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar).
  • Run A/B testing to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share detailed reports with management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to pass on qualified leads and optimize outreach strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Email Marketer
  • Hands-on expertise with cold email marketing tools
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, segmentation, and targeting for B2B SaaS and digital services.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability, DNS setup, and inbox placement.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for professional yet persuasive cold email campaigns.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in campaign tracking and optimization.
