, we are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and manage our local sales team.

Job Overview:

The Sales Manager
will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Agents, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth communication between the Pakistan back-office and the UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Agents
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets
  • Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback
  • Report sales metrics and updates to UAE head office
  • Handle escalated client concerns or complex queries
  • Motivate and coach team members for continuous improvement
  • Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
