We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our team in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:

Record-Keeping & Documentation:

* Maintain daily logs of payment collections, field reports, and sales data.

* Digitize and organize physical/digital records for audit readiness.

* Track institutional/doctor commitments and deliverables.

Communication & Liaison:

* Act as the primary point of contact between the Head Office and field staff.

* Manage emails, calls, and official correspondence.

* Relay critical updates, policy changes, and action items.

Follow-Up & Compliance:

* Proactively follow up with institutes/doctors on pending payments/agreements.

* Escalate unresolved issues to the Regional Head.

* Ensure all documentation aligns with company compliance standards.

Operational Support:

* Assist ZSMs in scheduling meetings, travel, and reporting.

* Compile daily/weekly performance dashboards for the Regional Head.

* Handle ad hoc administrative tasks (e.g., reimbursement processing).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in admin/coordination (FMCG/Pharma preferred).
  • Technical: MS Excel (advanced), ERP software, email management.
  • Soft Skills: Fluent English/Urdu communication, multitasking, proactive problem-solving.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, thrives in high-pressure, lean teams.
