Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Rawalpindi. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, manage accounts, and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with other departments to optimize sales performance. Hiring and building sales and relative team.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience in a sales role in Solar Company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a must of min 3-5+ Years.
