We are seeking an experienced
Implementation Lead – ERP HR Module
to oversee and deliver complex ERP implementations of the HR module. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge in HR module implementations across ERP platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Odoo, Dynamics 365, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation of the HR module (recruitment, payroll, performance, onboarding, attendance, etc.), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  2. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities to translate HR needs into scalable ERP solutions and drive user adoption.
  3. Conduct user training, create documentation, and drive adoption by ensuring clear communication, smooth change management, and continuous process improvement.
  4. Identify implementation gaps, dependencies, and issues, and drive proactive mitigation and resolution.
  5. Communicate implementation status, progress, and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance and Business Management or a related field.
  2. Deep understanding of HR processes such as payroll, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee data management, and compliance.
  3. 3+ years of experience managing ERP or large-scale software implementation projects.
  4. Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and system integration.
  5. Proven ability to manage both client expectations and cross-functional implementation teams.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  7. ERP-related certifications are a plus.
