Your Core Responsibilities

You will assist our Senior Consultants throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, focusing on these key areas:

  • System Setup:
    Help configure core modules (Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance) to match client needs.
  • Data Migration:
    Support the cleansing, preparation, and loading of client master data (products, customers, opening balances).
  • Documentation:
    Create clear guides and configuration documents.
  • Support:
    Provide professional first-line support to clients during the post-go-live phase.

Required Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with foundational knowledge:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (CS, IT, BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, or related field).
  • Experience:
    6 months to 1 year
    in an Implementation Officer
  • Technical Basics:
    Foundational understanding of at least two core areas:
    Inventory, Sales/Purchase, or Accounting
    .
  • Data Proficiency:
    Essential
    proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    for data analysis and preparation.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent
    communication
    and a strong problem-solving mindset.
