Company Overview:
Hiring one of our cloud ERP Software systems in Lahore.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive the sales of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes across departments (finance, HR, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, etc.), and how ERP integrates and automates them. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying business needs, proposing the right ERP modules, and leading the customer through the entire buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive ERP software sales across sectors like manufacturing, trading, retail, and services.
Identify client pain points and align ERP solutions accordingly.
Use a consultative sales approach tailored to each businesss needs.
Act as an ERP product expert (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Collaborate with pre-sales to deliver demos and customized proposals.
Address integration, customization, and data migration requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs analysis, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain client satisfaction, manage renewals, and promote upselling.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in ERP sales.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and key business modules: Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, HRM, CRM, etc.
Ability to translate complex business needs into ERP solutions.
Familiarity with ERP implementation cycles, including gap analysis, configuration, user training, and go-live support.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems (SaaS).
Understanding of industry-specific ERP requirements.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP-CRM integration.
