We are looking for a Manager HR for one of the renowned engineering solution provider companies (FillTech Pvt. Ltd.) in Faisalabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all HR operations, ensuring effective workforce management and employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Faisalabad - Masjid Ismail Rd, Sidhupura

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
