Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of HR & Admin Manager located in Faisalabad. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves the administration of office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and coordination of administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
- Knowledge of employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and handling of employee records
- Proficiency in office operations, facilities management, and procurement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
