About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with months of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help onboard new hires and maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities
  • Assist in updating HR databases, policies, and reports
  • Address basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication within the team
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR-related meetings
  • Help in tracking attendance, leaves, and performance records

Requirements:

  • 6 - 12 months of relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR tools or systems is a plus
