Location: NASTP Building, 69 Abid Majeed Road Lahore Cantt.
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Conversion Executives to join our team. The role focuses on converting qualified leads (generated through marketing campaigns) into successful sales. This position requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain conversion benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales on CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or lead conversion (experience in product-based sales is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Urdu; basic English required.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and close sales effectively.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
