E-Commerce Operations

Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, Website, etc.).

Oversee product listings, pricing, stock availability, and digital catalog management.

Monitor order processing, payment gateways, and ensure timely dispatch & delivery.

Ensure customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and professionally.

Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with the support team to maintain high service standards.

Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain service SLAs.

Optimize logistics costs and improve delivery timelines.

Sales & Performance Management

Monitor daily sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and enhance customer engagement.

Develop SOPs for order management, returns, refunds, and customer communication.
