Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, generating quality leads, and building long-term client relationships. The role requires strong communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills to help expand our digital services business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's
    Upwork profile
    and identify suitable projects daily.
  • Write customized, professional proposals
    aligned with client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively
    with international clients via Upwork messages and calls.
  • Maintain a consistent
    pipeline of leads
    through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure project feasibility before bidding.
  • Negotiate budgets, timelines, and deliverables
    to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain proper records of bids, conversions, and project updates.
  • Analyze past bids to
    improve proposal quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an
    Upwork Bidder
    or
    Online Business Development Executive
    .
  • Excellent
    written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience
    of working on
    Toptal
    is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of
    Upwork's algorithms, bidding strategies, and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with
    IT services, digital marketing, web design, or app development projects
    is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple bids and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
